Old Age

I'm tired!
I'm OLD!
I am an old tired man!

What happened to youth?
It was here only yesterday
and now it has been too many tomorrow's

Once I could run, jump, play,
Now I run, SLOWLY, I jump at my own shadow, I Play with the grandkids.

Youth is flleeting!
Take advantage of being young!
You are only as old as you feel!

Old Age as my friend says

IT'S Not For Sissies!
