This is actually a song but it can be read as a poem. I wrote this when I realized that the person which whom I "loved," wasn't the right one for me. It was tough but I finally got over him. =)
Over You (Song)
I'm finally over you.
I missed my dreams,
And I know they missed me too.
All those sleepless nights,
are now in the past.
I can continue my life,
following the right path.
You didn't kill me,
you only made me stronger.
I can live my life now,
knowing that you'll be no longer.
My head is finally up high,
And in my view,
You are no where to be seen.
