I have always loved poetry and have written it for may years.I grew up on Vancouver Island and as a young girl there, i would wake up before the sun would rise and walk down to the beach and write.I lost all of my writtings in a basement flood but i dont mind as i have recently rediscovered a dear friend from the Island who reminds me of my writtings...apparently when we were seperated as young friends(families moving) she decided to further her studies as a young woman in romantic poetry!Because of me!

Wow do I feel honored,to say the least!And i must thank Facebook for us finding eachother after 26 years of searching....anyway,...long winded,i know,but i am here to share and enjoy others writtings...i find poetry to be a very intimate and wholesome way of expressing thoughts.
I have endured alot of life's trials,therfore am thankful for my everyday.I look forward to sharing and receiving poetry.
