Biography
My name is Derrick Hart. I am a singer/songwriter. My "poems" on here are actually lyrics to songs that are going to be on an album released by a new British/Japanese record label called Nomadic Kids Republic in 2009. The songs were recorded over a period of several years. They take you through a very dark time when I was addicted to drugs and document a radical change where I become a grateful drug-free optimist.
