Biography
My name is Rieveon (Ray v yun) Armstrong, born in a small town in MS. I was introduce to poetry at a young age. The first poem that i can remember that really pulled me in to poetry I think was, " Still I Rise" By Maya Angulo. The firts poem that I ever wrote i think was called "Reds Rose Blue Violets". I like all types of poetry. I'm inspired by almost everything when i do poetry. To me poetry is not just poems, hykus and song, its an art of epressing a message from whats on the mind in the heart and feelings deeply rooted in the soul.
