protected from love
there is a barrier which doesnt let me be loved and i wanna shatter it,ive tried draining it down but pleads to be brought back up.i tried breaking it,i threw myself with all my power,still not loved ,still didnt break the whole thing down.my self confidence tells me the wall will keep me safe from being heartbroken,cheated on,betrayed and left.but i wanna experience what love has to offer.When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
