"Are You Listening?"

"Are You Listening?"

You walk over me

Crush my face down low

Burn me, Erode me

Take my trees so they don't blow

Who am I you ask

And what is my worth?

I am where you live

I am the Earth

And I am dying fast.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
