    "To Many Faces"

To many faces, to many masks
To many people to try and unmask
Being real and know who you are
Trying to figure out how far, so far
To much distance, to much space
All alone in this God forsaken place

    Then a light so small
Did I see it, or was it unreal
Can it be, oh can it be
That one person who holds the key
Will they use it or let it be

Love did you find me in this crazy world
Or did you leave me lonely in this ugly world
Time to be thankful no matter what may come
Life is to short to not want to run the race

Dreams seem so real, can pick out every detail
Eyes, hair, nose, each one so unique can it be
Let my heart be healed so that love can be real

Do you know how special you are
So many fake people in this world
Can you be real, to touch and see
Life could change in a minute for me.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
