    Save us Jesus
    Save me ........ Save me Jesus.........
    take me by the hand lead me to the promised land
    touch me with Your grace take me to a higher place
    save me from my sin You know just how bad its been
    I'm opening my heart I want a brand new start
    the example of Your love, a precious gift from above
    one by one our bad habits fall You are the king of us all
    Powerful and kind stay in my heart and mind
    lead us on the path, of salvation not God's wrath
    help us love what's just and true,
    Jesus it's all because of You.

    I once was lost, but I thank God for finding and saving me!!! I've been washed in the blood of Jesus and filled with His Holy Spirit and I thank our heavenly Father, giving Him all the glory, honor and praise for it; because it was only by His love, grace and mercy that I'm saved!!! Your poem is very beautiful and I really enjoyed reading it. Thank you so much for sharing and I look forward to viewing more of your work. I would also like to invite you to share in mine.
