As Time Goes By

As time goes by
And you come to the end
Reach for the lord
And grasp his hand

He won't turn you away
Or leave you alone
He'll just say my dear child
Welcome home

You have nothing to doubt
He won't lead you astray
He'll just open his arms
And except you today

As time passes by
It's never to late
To walk with the lord
And enter his gates

God has set me free

For God has chosen my time to come
My work on earth must now be done
My spirit is with you please don't forget
With my Lord and Savior I'm now at rest
God said he'd come if only I believed
My pain is now over for this I'm relieved
Don't stand at my grave for I'm not there
I've gained my mansion and there's no compare
His love for me has seen me through
And now I stand waiting at the gates for you
If you should need me just look up above
And you will feel my un-dying love
I can't be with you that is plain to see
God has called me home he has set me free

Has The Lord Given To You What He'S Given To Me

Has the lord given you
What he's given to me
Life so abundant
So peaceful and free

Has he promised you that mansion
Up there on that hill
Have you promised to him
To do his good will

All it takes
Is your prayer of repentance
And ask for forgiveness
To stand in his presence

Have you asked for salvation
And given your heart
To our lord god almighty
Never to depart

It doesn't take much
For a child of god to be
Has the lord given you
What he's given to me

My Dreams For Your Future

My dreams for your future may not include me
The battle with my illness is unfortunate you see
Life's struggles are tremendous the road rough and long
But with your strength and faith you can always remain strong
For those that are willing to fight day by day
Your efforts will take you to heights far away
So my dreams for your future will include this small prayer
That where ever you are you know that I'm there
Don't hesitate to dream or be fearful to strive
For the battles in life will keep you alive
For now I will go but remember one thing
The way to get through life is to follow your dreams
My best to you now and to each a new start
Just keep your dreams for the future close to your heart

Please dont cry
Dont shed a tear
Dont be angry
Cause im not here
My life is not over
But yet has just begun
With my lord and savior
We are standing as one
Ive arrived here to see
The wonderful grace
The lord promised me
When he took my place
Believe in him
Eventually you'll see
The passion I feel
Between my lord and me
Please dont cry
Wipe the tears from your face
And know in the future

So Many Times

So many times
I cried out in vain
And asked the dear lord
To ease all my pain

So many times
I had fallen apart
Not realizing all along
He was there from the start

So many times
I had nothing to fear
If I just called out his name
He would always be near

So many times
I would just sit in prayer
But now I know
My lord was always there







Your One Of A Kind!

Your one of a kind its plain to see
If I could just give you what you've given to me
I'd wish for you everything in sight
If I could just hold you in my arms tonight
I can feel the touch of your gentle hand
I love you more than you could understand
You've guided me in so many ways
You've led me down paths where I've wanted to stray
You've kept me close by and have eased my fears
You've even been there through all of my tears
I love you still now as I did from the start
I just wish you could see what you've done for my heart
I can't imagine a world without you
I hope that you know my love for you is true
Your my angel and that can't be denied
I wont be complete till your by my side
