    The Butterfly

This is to all of us, the butterflies. Once we were a cute catapillar, then God put us in a protective cacoon, so we could come out as a Beautiful Butterfly. We are so strong we can fly, fly and fly. Some of us are broken, some us are healing and some of us are healed. Together we form a protective family, a life that we all share and a life that we are learning to enjoy. With each others' help we will all overcome and build up what has been torn down.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
