The C.P.U.

The C.P.U.

Beyond the distant player,
looking through the screen,
lies a place above comprehension,
a world of red, blue, and green.

Pixelated memories,
caught in a glimpse of light,
the LCD shows,
the other side of life.

Breaking through the screen,
to a hidden world of light,
pixels, wires, and electricity,
only what you feel is real.

Past the clear sand barrier,
a land lies partially seen,
by the distant player,
who will never reach through the screen,
within which I live,
longing to be free,
from the wired control,
that forever binds me.

So very cool! You really did a terrific job on this one! I love it! GL!

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
