Thoughts of regret
This chain attached to my heart,Is tearing me apart.
Day by day,
Beat by beat
Just waiting, waiting for this meaningless life to start.
Laying and remembering those past secrets we used to share,
Can’t you see how your words make my heart tear?
Minute by minute,
Word by word,
Remembering the feeling of your fingers running through my hair
These feelings I do regret,
Hearing those words I cannot forget,
Hour by hour,
Thought by thought,
Your taking my sanity, which I cannot let.
