    TIME GONE

My heart beats with a active tremble
making me stop to think of the past
    reflecting back to younger days
Life it seems was like a vapor
    disapperaring at a rapid speed
the days were like birds in flight
the nights like a mystery unfolding
I realize that time has to go on
but the hours seem more like seconds
the days are like a passing refection
only the nights brings a short reprive
people around me all hurry along
to the dramatic tune of society
making a rush without new voids
trying to fill the gaps of no return
just making the most of quicken time

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
