Unrelated Parts...(For My Lost Love [Sz.A.])

    The last days of summer,
    borrow a few more years.
    The last laughs are passing,
    these silent streets,
    my last love,
    my last resort.
    My lost love.

    Empty glasses,
    empty cups.
    Empty bottles,
    were never lost.
    Just never searched for.

    Feelings still lighting the trees,
    eaten up by disease,
    such beauty in us,
    that you never trust,
    that us,that never was,
    it will always be,
    you are eternity
    and I'm just me...

    My love,you always win,
    I will always die,
    The train will never stop...

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
