    Your words are harsh
    Your actions are cruel,
    Don't care who you hurt
    As long as you rule.
    We do what you say
    But it's never enough,
    Ask how we feel
    Then say that's tough.
Don't know how to change you
    Lord knows we've tried,
You sit there on your throne
    Wondering why we cried.
    You don't see what's wrong
    Thinking everythings just great
    You're giving the word love,
    A new meaning; that's hate.
    I'm tired of explaining
    You'll never understand,
    We will never be free
    Living under your command.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
