WHEN PLEASANT CONVERSATION TURNS INTO TOUGH TALK
When pleasant conversation
Turns into tough talk,
It is better to seek cessation,
Just go for a good long walk.
A daily constitutional
If you will, at least a mile
Into Nature's communal confessional,
Inhale fresh air deeply, all the while
Try to more than casually observe
Our world's ever changing environment,
Seeking the break you deserve
In a physically active statement.
Thus regenerating an air of tranquility,
Self induced, a more than reasonable
Calming, achieved in a manner drug free,
Be they illegal or pharmaceutical.
A successful goal is duly achieved,
Peace being the ultimate destination,
Stressful tension is readily relieved
Through inexpensive physical recreation.
