You Are
The love you give me is greater than
Sleeping puppies so warm and snug
I’m addicted to you, your body and soul
As though you were an untainted drug
Your smile – so innocent – with elegant grace
Your eyes like a summer breeze
With laughter so bright that it lights the room
And makes me completely weak in the knees
I love your ears, lobes and all
I love the way your hair flows
I love your legs, your butt & thighs
And especially your pinkie toes
The way you treat me - is proof enough
To show the world that God exists
For only through Gods almighty embrace
Could a man like me find such bliss
I love you now, and forever more
Long after Death parts our way
I will hold you close and cherish you
And tell you so every day
I feel so blessed and undeserving
To have you as my loving bride
You put up with my faults and my woes
My shortcomings, ego, and pride
If the sky were parchment – and the Oceans Ink
And I had to use them to write down my love
I’d have long since run those oceans dry
And filled up the sky above
I hope you know how much I do
Cherish every moment we share with each other
And how proud I am to say you’re my wife
My best friend, my teacher, and lover
