    Your Loss!

Come to find out you hate me.
After twenty five years I just now see.
Needed you at thirteen when I sat alone.
Wondering how come a dad never came home.
    Playing ball by myself.
wondering if you even new yourself.
Looking at me now, are you proud?
That's right you don't see me because of your alcoholic cloud.
    Crying at eighteen feeling forsaken.
Finding out the only thing you have in your heart for me hatred.
Seeing now at twenty five I am perfectly fine.
You can stay there and drink you beer and whine.
    Look at me now.
All on my feet with my man to be.
A young boy by my side.
A boy that makes me smile.
A life filled with love and happiness.
Think it is funny you will have no part of this.
Just wish new what all missed.
But remeber I was the one you dissed.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
