Your love rises from the east,
bringing light to my dark life,
bringing joy and peace to my sad and lonely soul.
Your love is my foundation that keeps me standing strong,
giving an unendless ecstasy,
it's in your heart where I belong.
But will your love last or will it fade away?
I need you so much, will you ever stay?
I know I'll get hurt as your love sets down,
Leaving me great memories as I watch you go away.
But I know after every darkness,
you will come back now and then.
