    you're my...

you're my stars up in the sky
you're my tears in which i cry
you're my breath in which i sigh
you're my strength for which i try

you're my heart that makes me live
you're my love that makes me give
you're my water for which i dive
you're my road for which i drive

you're my night turned into day
you're my toys for which i play
you're my home for which i stay
you're my masterpieces made from clay

you're my heat that keeps me warm
you're my very own good luck charm
you're my animals i shelter from alarm
you're my babies i'll keep from harm

very warm thoughts not said any better.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
