Around the world today,

People are now saying “Happy Holiday”.

You see this is becoming the norm,

They say that others they won’t want to harm.

Are they forgetting why we celebrate?

Why this time of the year was made so great?

Not to make store owners’ pocketbook fatter,

Buying all kinds of gifts that don’t really matter.

You see for unto us a Son was born;

A gift of salvation to everyone.

1His name is to be called Wonderful, Counselor,

Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

There is no other name greater than Thee.

He is the Lord Jesus Christ,

Who deserves honor and praise for His life.

So you see He is the real reason,

We celebrate this wonderful season.
