    alarmed by phenomenon

My thoughts are spinning uncontrollably, like dead leaves in the fall breeze
Sometimes it's difficult to catch my breath, we're running so fast
The extensive enjoyment my soul obtains from our adventures, sets my mind at ease
Our hearts embarking on a journey that I have always dreamed would last
Everyday the seconds we spend together are multiplied, the blood in my veins speeds it's flow
You say forever and I concur, it is so
Our sky becomes blanketed with a canopy of diamond-points of light
And my body quivers with anxiety as yet another day together ceases my flight

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
