The joys that life presents

Enjoy the Now
The feelings and the sound
Of the flutters and the music
It all so profound
Life is our gift
Enjoy even with a shift
So that life is a choice
To accept as your gift
Seek and your find
All amazement through your mind
With stimulation on front
And nonsense left behind
