    Bread and Water

I have tasted the bread of heaven
And I will be filled forever more.
I have drank of the living water,
No more searching on a distant shore.

I am filled and I am free.
    I have everlasting victory.

I will sing and tell of his wonders.
I will proclaim the good news of His love.
For Jesus is the Bread of Heaven
And the light that was sent from up above.

I am filled and I am free.
    I have overcoming victory.

So I’ll shout his praises to the housetops.
    I’ll whisper it constantly.
That Jesus is the only way
For He is the reason why I am so free.

Rhema, Have you ever put your poems to music. I find when I'm reading them that, I've been putting music with them. They are wonderful psalms.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
