Brilliance

Brilliance

There is a brilliance to you.
In everything that you do.
Just a brilliance to you.
Believe it.

Your life is valid and true.
There's nothing flawed about you.
You have the power to do.
Receive it.

With greatness, you make this.
You cannot escape it.
What you are is brilliance,
Lying near naked.

With vibrance, you try it.
You never can hide it.
They see your intentions.
Even in silence.

And there's brilliance to you.
Something you always knew.
There is brilliance to you.
Believe it.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
