    BROKEN SMILE

    Look for words

    Can’t hear the voice

    Of every dripping

    Shadow of chase.

    Standing here

    Emerald plate

    Of every whisper

    The wind had tell.

    A smiley silver

    Studs of coil

    Shape their dream

    In foggy plate.

    Told by shrieking

    Spark of tale,

    A swaying bobcat

    But coud not feel…..03-18-06

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
