sometimes I'm your only friend.
I can be broken I can be bought,
most lessons come in what I've taught.
I steer you wrong I steer you right,
I make you win or lose a fight.
I make you do stupid things,
I make you buy a ring.
I can speak but not eat,
I can give you cold feet...

You cry when I break,
I give you pain you can't take.
I can be worn in your eyes,
your sleeve, or between your thighs.
I make you cry,
and let you know when love arrives.

Pain and happiness is what I speak,
but, revenge isn't my thing.
I make you hurt, I make you feel,
I leave you with emotion that doesn't feel real.
I race when your scared,
you feel me when I tear.
I make you attached,
and struggle to itch an itch you can't scratch.
I am always up for grabs,
and I'm the only one you have.
When you come from me it's not fake,
but, you take a chance to make me break.
I can't walk or run,
