common pain uncommon emotions

Deep inside i feel pain
on the outside i continue to smile while yet on the inside i am constantly crying
these emotions i am feeling are hard to explain
the anger i have i must obtain, because to let it out will cause many to pain
how do say i'm tired without saying a word
because to say it out loud you're not really heard.
The words of others will always say i understand what you are going through, but how can you understand unless you are going through the same thing too.
Many say that God will deliver you, don't give up on hope, but how can you keep going if you are at the end of your rope.
Now i try to understand all the things that have happend, but the more i search and look i still can't find an answer.
So i sit and write sometimes witout any sleep, because i have to hide these feelings i have, they must remain deep.
