    D'Affaire Extraordinaire

    They met quite by accident.
    She was deep in thought,
    nose buried in a book.

    His curiosity piqued --
    a woman - ageless --
He had to have her body and mind.

    Black hair tumbled
    across his forehead
    He made eye contact.

Peering into those willow green pools
all the way to his Irish soul,
    she murmured,

"Oh, those eyes are going to lead to such a
    state of affairs!"

And what an extraordinary Affair it was!

Very clever and creative work. I love the title and the short yet so descriptive phrases. Nice poem.

Good poem-Tells the story.Makes me smile and I am a brown eyed Pizon.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
