Darkness
The lights went out
The clouds turned gray
The wind got calm
Darkness.........in and out
sadness...............here and now
Sobs everyday
A heart got ripped out
A mind got blacked out
A soul got sorrowful
She walks round the city
With no sense of purpose or direction
She holds out her hands
to feel her way
Then comes the dawn
a little light to see
But the darkness remains within
She walks by where it happened
She listens closely to hear his call
She refuses to look at the dilapidated building
But....................
Its silent,now and forever
