Fading [ 11/21/11 ]
As the colour begins to fade.
And the sun begins to sink.
Can you hear the still beat of my heart;
Can you see the tears left in my eyes while I think?
I Love You are the only words that will come out.
I Hate You are the only words that won't stay gone.
I Need You are the only words that won't be uttered
I Miss You are the only words that can't be known.
The quietness stops my breathing.
The loudness allows me to scream.
The rain helps me when I cry.
The darkness is only what is seen.
As my tears begin to fall,
I start to wonder if you're near.
I don't want to be lost with out you.
I need you here.
You're my soul,
My only hope.
You're the sunshine.
My only dope.
You drag me higher,
With each breathe I take.
You hold me there,
The entire night until I wake.
