FALL
THE DAYS ARE GETTING SHORTER.THE TREES HAVE STARTED SPITTING OFF THEIR LEAVES.
THE WIND HAS SHIFTED FROM THE NORTH.
NORTH IS WHERE THE COLD STAYS THE REST OF THE YEAR.
MIGRATION HAS BEGUN.
FIRST THE WIND, THEN THE BIRDS, AND FINALLY THE RV'S AND TRAILERS OF THE HUMAN BIRDS.
THERE THEY STAY UNTIL THE WARM WIND OF SPRING MOVES FROM
THE SOUTH AND THE FLOWERS COME OUT.
BUT NOW ITS TIME FOR EXTRA BLANKETS AND KEEPING THE WINDOWS CLOSED. ITS TIME OR CIDER AND HOT CHOCOLATE, AND THE LONG WAIT FOR SPRING.
