    Fantasy

If life was like a fantasy
    how would life be?
would it be simple and free
    and easy as you see?
    a life without stress
make it easier for you to rest
    without pain and sorrow
    you look forward to tomorrow
    a life without tears
    would be wonderful without fears
you always see a smile instead of a frown
and never have to look down
you look up at the stars each night
you wish upon a star thats bright
your wish will come true by the next day
in all sorts of happy ways
i wake up from my dream of fantasy
and go back to my destiny

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
