I close my eyes each single night
When I lay me down to sleep
And when you're there holding me tight

So many poems I wrote for you
Through all these loving times
But no poem can express the truth
That lies between the lines
I try to explain your every kiss
But I can't put it into words
How wonderful my life now is
Since you came into my world
Your touch makes my knees feel weak
And your smile says it all
Yours is the only name I speak
And I stumble when you call
