Haunted
staring into the night sky thinking of you again. you haunt my mind, plague my heart.... no matter how hard i try i cant forget you its like a broken record repeating scenes of us over and over again piercing my heart repeatedly. i'm drowning in a sea of pain,sorrow regret yes even regret for not trying harder to make it work and yet even as i say that deep down i know i did everything i could theres such a sense of loss like my heart is not whole, a piece of me is missing, its missing because of you that piece of my heart, of me will always belong to you. i feel like a prisoner except its not you that holds the key its my emotions holding me prisoner i just cant break free of you and your memory....Poetry is what gets lost in translation.
