have a nice day

Five a.m. in the morning

Coffee and a cigarette

And a paper in my hand

Another day for the factory

Isn’t life grand?

Christians are killing Muslims

Palestinians are killing Jews

How many years has man been waking,

to hear the same damn news?

A mother killed her baby

A man killed his wife

Some college kid got raped

At the point of a knife

A disaster hit the orient

5,000 people dead

A terrorist caught an American

And cut off his head

A kid went into school

With a bomb and a AK

Shot himself in the head

After he blew half the school away

Crude oil went up

10% a drum

God some times I wish

I was deaf blind and dumb

I put out my smoke

Throw the paper away

My wife in the living room

Says “have a nice day”
