He was all twitch and shiver

He was all twitch and shiver. My fallen friend, pale grey with red sunken eyes...when I offered him pity and reached out my hand... Foulness he spewed from his gob. Such a little thing he is...just one more wasted life, a bound slave to his own warped needs. But out there is a scion... whose life is so good...yet depends on the twitching and the scam.
