Heaven

I re-open  my eyes and listen to hear The Ocean cry. For she has healed and washed many-some sweet as good and plenty, some she could not cause they were frozen like a worn out penny.

I see the clounds coughing and exhale, all those pollutted chemicals that left their posionious trail. She was so happy to be at peace, she was greated with song and praise for being strong and givin when she was so weak.

I saw the earth and the wind dancing for glee-so happy, and excited so alive to be free. Not having to answer to un-thankful needs that only abused their warmth and their seeds.

I saw the Animals four by four, the look of the carnarvious was there no more, they darted and jumped and rolled around, they shared a common kinship that nature left unbound.

I saw the fish swimming in lakes that looked like platinum gold,
they spawned and mated in groups as their journey unfolds. each species mixing with the next, No longer fearful of the hook and the net.

I then saw man and woman by his side, each one has blamed the other for their actions and their lies.  judgement was upon them and all they could see, was they view point of their life which was don't just blame me.
They didn't look at the Ocean or the Clouds, neither did they watch the animals or the fowls, the fish also passed them by, as the earth and the wind fought back the urge to cry.

No they were to buzy too see, that they were beyond all of their past misery. So locked into their past misteakes, that their attitudes and disposition closed the gates.

Heaven...is within and for some its without, forever passing those still living in blame and doubt,,,

Heaven.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
