    Poem Commentary

"Trying to imagine how a person lives while hiding truths that could exonerate."

    Hidden Truth

    Hidden Truth

To all who are wounded by family deceit

    Hot poisoned needles
    pierce and rot away peace.
    Savage fever throbs deeply
    in the dance of decay.

    Translucent clouds haunt...
    Remembering always how
    sacred trust was broken.

    Night devours self slowly.
    Wounds bleeding fresh...
    Down naked in the hole
    of dark lingering secrets.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
