Currently trying to salvage my ability (or drive) to write at all. I have not written in a very long time and I really wish that I wouldn't have stopped; not only is it a stress reliever, it gives me a chance to use my artist ability that I was born with but never really got the chance to excel. I took photography in high school and I miss the excitement and satisfaction I would feel when I would truly create something beautiful and unique! I even won an award from an art college that my teacher entered some of the class photos in a contest... I'm sure I sound full of myself... but I was the only person who won anything! And my winning photo was displayed in an exhibit at the college. Ugh. My proudest achievement and now I no longer have the resources to continue my passion..... darkroom, enlarger, chemicals, ect. aren't exactly cheap. I miss it so much. I've always written but never thought much of it - I use it as an escape...but now that it is my only way to keep any artistic ability alive in me I guess this is my way of sharing it.... I very much appreciate any comments or constructive criticism.... that is the only way to get any better! Thank you so much!!!! It means A LOT to me! :)
