    I am me
    Somebody once told me that everyone has their own ways,
    that everyone has a different laugh, and smile,
    and their own hopes, and dreams.

    So, I figured out that I have my own laugh,
    my own smile, and my own hopes, and dreams,
    Because I am me.

    Nice and refreshing verses. Individualism is alive and well within. "Because I am me" ___________ Good write.

    In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.
