    in remembrance

    in remembrance,
    i pledge this dedication
of a soul warped as evil,
    a soul sold so soon.
    in remembrance i pledge.

    do you remember the tears
    at night?the pillow did.
she will testify before the jury
    on the day of reckoning.

    do you remember the pain
    of plans failed?the brain did.
he will testify before the judge
    on Judgement day.

    do you remember unrequited love?
    the heart did.
she will testify before the grand audience
    of unbiased mortals.

    do you remember these things?
because i do not.i never felt,
experienced or reached out to these.
    what am i,my dear?what am i?
welcome to my world.it is indeed
    deep.yes that's the word
    DEEP

This poem is very well written..I am puzzled at the riddle at the end...what is it that never felt??

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
