Into a realities dream
Into a dream’s reality I have gazed
For the wall between gods and men has been razed
In my wondering wake I have seen the blood of many
I tell the truth to the willing ear of man, if there be any
I have touched the universe with my eyes from a cell
And with my hands I have held the red dirt of hell
The light of the universe has blinded my sight
for I have raped the truth from the second light
Forgive me or forsake me Gardians of Passage
I have seen the stone of the keepers of the last age
from a horror I have awoken because of your sternful leer
You weren’t meant to be hear you whispered into my ear
In the redness and yellowness of your eyes I found fear
There was no darkness in your eyes yet you drew a tear
Your eyes were sternly strong and blinding
In their search that held me tightly minding
In your eyes was there a consuming sadness
Did you see beyond my presuming madness
I cannot see much else for I am blind
since I have gazed into your eyes’ bind
