Jewel
The amber sky falls down upon me.
I find myself unable
to ignore its raw beauty.
The sky rubs its pride
in my face
as if it was a cloud of mist
surrounding me.
The birds laugh while sitting upon
my shoulder.
Spilling words of
fright
into my persuasive ears.
The steel of truth
runs along me.
The amber sky
Intrigues my little mind.
Theres so much to take in
but my life has
been
cut.
I find myself unable
to ignore its raw beauty.
The sky rubs its pride
in my face
as if it was a cloud of mist
surrounding me.
The birds laugh while sitting upon
my shoulder.
Spilling words of
fright
into my persuasive ears.
The steel of truth
runs along me.
The amber sky
Intrigues my little mind.
Theres so much to take in
but my life has
been
cut.
