    Living in the Now

    Living in the Now

Every morning we roll out of bed

Being late for work crosses your head.

You see the same people every day

    Something new possibly to say.

Work is hard but you get it done

Then you begin seeing yourself out in the Sun.

Counting the hours on the clock

Is it that time? As they all begin to flock.

Just another day of nothing but the same

Having lots of money would not be to lame.

No more work no more bills and no more worries

That sounds great but just a false story.

Then you get back up in the morning

Hoping today is not just as boring.

Heading to work looking for something new

Hoping your boss has a challenge just for you.

You enjoy your life as it goes on

Waiting to see the future? So you can join.

Looking to far will hurt you and your mind

Just start living in the now don’t get left behind.

Life may offer you several decisions

Being happy is your best position.
