Lost Love
I return home one day from a trip far away
Just to find the locks changed you didn’t say
I’m banging, banging and kicking your back door
I’m walking in circles searching for some answers
Your on the your phone talking quietly on the floor
Get this crazy person out of here, She like cancer
I’m yelling please open the door we need to talk
You scream back look Lee I just don’t give a fuck
The police are coming here to take you far away
This time they lock you up so you better be afraid
I’m on my knees pounding the pavement with my fists
This must some kind of mistake or is this another test
I hear the sirens echoing down the darken quiet street
I get off me knees and begin looking for my car keys
Buts it’s too late I’m thrown hard on the police car creating new scares
I cry out what the hell, this is my houses too you can’t put me behind bars
I’m read my last rights and tossed in the back seat of black and white car
The police brought me in the station and with my clothes covered in tar
My belongings were removed and stuffed crumpled in a bright yellow plastic bag
Then they gave me a sticker I placed on my shirt it was my number it was my new tag
When day I return home one day from a trip far away
Just to find the locks were changed you even didn’t say
