M.E.S.S.

MESS… Misery and Evil Side by Side!
Mess is a way of life that many try to hide.
Mess will consume you, drag you down, and fool you;
Yes into thinking that all is gold
When low and behold,
no greater lie has been told!
Get off the stage and into the crowd,
See what they see, are you still so proud?
Weather it’s “Tell the truth and shame the devil”, or
“Open your mind to higher level”, will you aspire to be better or
Muddle through only to settle…

In a short piece you captured the pain of over 70% of ppl who're fixed in some lot, and having the hardest time strategically maneuvering their way out of their MESS. Thank you for the reality check I really like the play on the word mess; you seen and felt this one.

i love this piece. very thought provoking. nicely done

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
