    I know I'm not perfect
    I know I make mistakes
    It's a part of being human
    That I just can't take.

    If mistakes are a part of being humam
    then why do I hate my mistakes
    that I made from the very day.

    Forgive but never forget
    is a saying that I don't get.

    Another one of your better ones - very thought provoking and engages the reader. It is something everyone can identify with in their life.
