MOM
Imagine no MOM in your everyday life
Imagine no MOM what would it be like
No one to cook wash your clothes clean the house
without any MOM it just wouldn't be right
our MOM loves us always and no matter what
she hugs us and holds us t'il all is alright
when our nose needs some wiping and hurt needs some love
MOM will appear as if sent from above
she straightens our wrinkles and keeps our face clean
no matter the trouble she never acts mean
and who buys us treats when she goes to the store
MOM thinks of us always but makes us do chores
a responsible parent whose care really shows
and Daddy does love us but MOM does the most
the look in her eyes when she hold us so close
says sweethearts I love you and that is no joke
our MOM always listens and bandaids our cuts
bakes great cakes and pies with never a fuss
thinking not of herself but working overtime
we have no complaints our MOM is just fine
who is the one that is there everytime
to comfort and tell us it will heal up with time
a comfortable feeling I have in my heart
when my MOM is with us as the morning does start
when we eat our lunch or look at our clothes
it's easy to see MOM helped us pick those
where would we be without any MOM
mass confusion our rooms like a bomb
nothing looks right how would things get done
we take our MOMs for granted their work isn't fun
dedication love perserverance for one
MOMs are like angels their work never done
while crying we want that and getting our way
MOMs forfeit alot so we're happy that day
If friends were like MOMs we'd have nothing to fear
no lying no talking while we were not there
no being on guard for the next thing to come
bad hairdays bad clothing it'd all ho hum
as for our sweet MOMs it's time they had fun
for the hard work their love for a daughter or son
if we could reward them with what could it be
give MOM back our love of a happy family
